TMAC has successfully established itself on digital, with website, SEO, and Social platform KPI’s on a consistent upward trend.
In particular, our focus platform, Instagram, has done remarkably well even with very little online media support and a tough travel climate in 2020.

Client Overview
Enterprise Ethanol is South Africa’s leading supplier of Ethanol, for the household, perfumery, and manufacturing industries. We have actively managed and run all their digital needs, including online media, SEO, technical writing, and creative, since 2017.
Our first point of call was to understand the company’s full product range, and plot this out in a wireframe that would allow us to visually understand the needs of the site, and determine the user navigation.
Additionally, we produced all the product photography in an effort to produce a consistently elevated design across all elements, while providing comprehensive information in a concise and creative manner, and avoiding stock photography.
The final result is a creative brand platform that delivers on customer’s needs, as well as the business’s ecommerce objectives.

Kellogg’s wanted to launch their range of products through Takealot, as one of the first to provide grocery services through ecommerce.
We were tasked with strategically directing each page and its contents; from digital shelf to digital basket, while liaising with the overseas client.
After getting approval from the Singapore team, the strategy, copy, and creative suggestions have been launched on Takealot.

Client Overview
Draft FCB asked Qwerty to assist in creating rich social media stories based on their TVC, Swiiiiish
The client wanted to drive home the benefits on social, and were looking for gamified, unique social content that drove engagement and interactions.
Specifically, they were looking for content that promoted comments relating to the campaign, instead of the usual queries and complaints
The social posts were approved by the agency and ABSA, and the content pieces were flighted across Facebook during November 2017.
The overall engagement on the Swiiiiish campaign increased, and we saw more users participate in the comments, without bringing up service issues.
